Our base of customers has grown significantly since Kevin began managing our sales department. He has taught our other sales persons his unique style of selling and created a situation where his abilities have been exponentially multiplied as has our customer base!

Kevin is also a man of integrity. He understands that life and work are about balance and strives to find that balance in all he does. I have found him to be a pleasant, generous person who is never afraid to take on a challenging task. He has been one of our most dedicated employees.

Kevin is an independent, self directed person who is able to communicate effectively and meet even the most demanding challenges. During his nearly two year tenure with our firm, he set unprecedented records in customer growth and retention.

While his on the job performance has been nothing less than stellar, Kevin has also become a great leader with our firm, serving diligently on our leadership committee. We pride ourselves on our corporate values, leadership, and customer service excellence, and in this area he truly shines. Kevin led the charge in crafting our new customer service platform and helped train the departments on the new customer service procedures. He’s efforts in this regard, helped us to drastically reduce our client attrition.

Kevin’s ability to build sound relationships with our clients as well as his uncanny ability to network and attract new clients has put us on a growth pattern that helped 2008 become one of our best years in sales, revenue, and growth. It is my pleasure to write this letter of recommendation for Kevin Box. I have worked closely with Kevin for approximately a year and a half at the Slayter Companies. In addition, I have known Kevin on a personal level for approximately 30 years.

When Kevin came to work at the Slayter Companies, he immediately impressed me with his desire to learn. Kevin had no prior experience in our industry, but his strong desire to learn new things greatly accelerated his progress with our company. Kevin quickly took charge of our customer service and marketing efforts and vastly improved both. In addition to those duties, he also took over our inside and outside sales efforts. His persistence and professionalism paid great dividends for our company in a short time.

Kevin’s greatest strength is his aforementioned desire to learn. He is truly driven to learn everything he can about any endeavor he undertakes.
