It is with great privilege that I write to you in recommendation of Kevin Box. I am the Chairman of the Slayter Companies, a recycling leader in the South for over 30 years. I have found him to be a pleasant, generous person who is never afraid to take on a challenging task. He has been one of our most dedicated employees.

Kevin is an independent, self directed person who is able to communicate effectively and meet even the most demanding challenges. During his nearly two year tenure with our firm, he set unprecedented records in customer growth and retention.

While his on the job performance has been nothing less than stellar, Kevin has also become a great leader with our firm, serving diligently on our leadership committee. We pride ourselves on our corporate values, leadership, and customer service excellence, and in this area he truly shines. Kevin led the charge in crafting our new customer service platform and helped train the departments on the new customer service procedures. He’s efforts in this regard, helped us to drastically reduce our client attrition.

Kevin’s ability to build sound relationships with our clients as well as his uncanny ability to network and attract new clients has put us on a growth pattern that helped 2008 become one of our best years in sales, revenue, and growth. The Slayter Companies owes a great deal of this success to Kevin’s leadership, judgment, and unstoppable work ethic. I truly admire his ability to get the job done with speed and precision.
